- How to login?
Open web browser. Login to book.tripmaza.com
- How can I book tickets?
Login to your tripmaza account. Search flights and proceed for booking. You may keep some deposit and pay using deposit or pay using online payment gateway.
- How can we cancel tickets?
Login to your tripmaza account and follow below steps to cancel your flight booking.
- How can we change date/flight?
- How can we add markup to tickets?
- How can we check accounts?
- How can we add funds to our account?
Online Payment Gateway
Use online recharge for instant updates and book your travel hasslefree. You can also pay while booking by selecting online payment option on confirmation page. Please note below fees is applicable by payment gateway on online transactions.
Payment Gateway Fees
1. Debit Cards - 0.7% + GST
2. Credit Cards - 1.6% + GST
3. Net Banking - ₹ 12 + GST
4. UPI - ₹ 12 + GST
5. Corporate Cards - NA
Say for a ticket value of Rs 3000 total amount will be-
Using Net Banking ₹ 3014.16
Using UPI ₹ 3014.16
Using Debit card ₹ 3024.99
Using Credit Card ₹ 3057.73
Please note that payment gateway charges are non refundable.
