            Query Regarding receiving online Cancellation

            1* Firstly listen to the agent/customer query.

            2* If you receive the query regarding cancellation.

            3* Asked for the Booking Ref //Order No or PNR

            4*Go to Book Details and under drop down menu select the right option and search by entering numeric order no or PNR number . 

            5*When you find the details,select the booking ref number and copy the PNR number and mail to TBO 

            7*And do give a reminder after 15/20 mins if no mail receive from TBO call 01244986230

            8*After receiving mail from TBO the charges never forget to put the service charge i.e 50 per pax .

            9*If Agent agrees to the charges,kindly guide the agent to put the cancellation from portal.
