Management Fee
A nominal charge is applicable on all flight and hotel issuance, ammendments and cancellations.
Please find below the charges applicable on self bookings by customers using book.tripmaza.com portal. The below charges do not apply for bookings done over phone.
Bookings -
All fares include a Management Fee of Rs 100 per passenger. The published fare is inclusive of the management Fee. This booking fee is non refundable in case of any cancellatons.
Agency Management fee on Cancellations -
Published Fare / Coupon Fare / Tactical Fare
Cancellations will attract an Agency Management Fee of Rs 200 per passenger per segment for all above mentioned fare types.
SME / CORPORATE FARE -
Cancellations will attract an Agency Management Fee of Rs 500 per passenger per segment for SME & Corporate fares.
Also note that Management fee charged while booking is non refundable as specified under bookings. So total (Rs 200 {Cancellation Service Charges} + 100 {Booking Service Charges} ) = Rs 300 per person in addition to airline cancellation chages will be applicable in case of any cancellatons.
In case of flight cancellations from airline end Management fee of Rs 100 per pax (Included in ticket value) at the time of booking shall be non refundable.
So amount refunded will be calculated as Fare paid - {Rs 100 per person per segment (Booking fee) + Rs 200 per person (Cancellation Service Fee)}
Segment Calculations -
Say if Bagdogra to Delhi one way ticket for 1 person = 1 segment
Say if Bagdogra to Delhi via Guwahati one way ticket for 1 person = 1 segment
If Bagdogra to Delhi round trip for 2 persons = 4 segments
Please note that for any refunds on any type of cancellations initiated b2c customer he/she will get refund as per below given.
Example 1 -
Fare for one passenger = 5000
Airline cancellation fee 3000
TripMaza Management fee (Booking fee ₹ 100 + Cancellaton fee ₹ 200) = ₹ 300 per person
Refund amount = 5000 - (3000+300) = 1700.
SME / CORPORATE FARE - Cancellations will be charged @ 500 + Airline Cancellation Charges
Ammendment -
All Fare Types except Offer / Instant Offer Fare
Unless specifically advised ammendments will attract mangement fee of Rs 100 per passenger + Supplier Fee + AIrline Normal Cancellation Charges. Ammendments could be like date change or flight change etc.
Offer Fare/ Instant Offer fare
Bookings done under this fare type are non refundable and non changeable unless specifically mentioned.
Special Service Request -
Special Service Requests will be charged Rs 100 per person in addition to airline/supplier charges. Incase 3 passengers in a ticket need to be assigned seats then 3 x 100 = Rs 300 will be charged as management fee in addition to the airline fee.
Seat assignment.
Meal request.
Wheelchair.
Child assistance.
This is applicable on reissue due to flight disruption due to covid as well. Please note that Management fee is non refundable.
