Credit facility and credit limit for TripMaza Agents


TripMaza offers credit facility to bonafide agents who wish to avail credit booking facility under the below mentioned conditions.

Agents selling minimum 5 lakh and above per month for last three months consistently can be considered for credit facility by TripMaza. Agent needs to provide security cheque of the amount upto which the credit may be authorised by TripMaza based on the business commitment and previous business volume by the agent on TripMaza.

Credit limit is directly proportional to the volume of business an agent is giving us. Credit limit shall be proportionate to 10% of average monthly business that a travel agent has been doing with TripMaza. Credit authorisation may also depend on many other factors such as travel date.

Credit can be allowed for travel agents who have been doing regular business for minimum 90 days from current date. If agent has booked tickets in past regularly but not done regular bookings in last 90 days credit limit needs to be approved by the Business Head. 

Credit may be allowed on certain Offer Fares & Instant Offer Fares to New Agents as well based on their commitment to make payments and security cheque.
Payments for these bookings must however be cleared minimum 48hours prior to departure time of the flight. 

Travel Partner/agent has to make regular payments on timely basis to keep credit limit active. Incase agent fails to make paymens on time or delays the payments credit limit shall be withdrawn.

If an agent has been given credit liit of say Rs 50,000 and has booked a ticket on 3rd of Oct then the payment of that ticket must be made within 2 days of booking. That is latest by 5th October Travel Agent must make full payment of the tickets issued on 3rd Oct. Incase Travel Agent does not make the payments within two days of booking then Credit Facility shall be withdrawn without notice and shall remain blocked for minimum 30 days.

Once credit facility is blocked by accounts due to late payment the same can only be renewed by Business Head. Travel Partners are required to ensure timely payments for smooth business and avoid any inconveniences.
