What are the different types of Flights?
There are four types of flights:
Direct Flight- Just like its name, direct flights mean a flight between two points arranged by an airline without any change in flight numbers. There is a possibility that your flight may include one or more stops at some point. The passengers of direct flights may not leave their plane until their destination except for technical issues.
Indirect Flights- Indirect flights provide more independence to travellers. With Indirect flights, you can avail yourself the chance to break the journey by not taking the whole way one time and can land anywhere in between. The transit destination in indirect flights depends on the airline you’re travelling with. Like connecting flights, indirect flights are also cheaper.
Connecting Flight- Connecting flights are the opposite of direct flights, as they need passengers to leave the plane to board a different aircraft to reach their desired destination. The major reason people choose connecting flights is that they are much cheaper than direct flights and non-stop flights. However, one should keep in mind the cost factor during connection while booking connecting flights.
Non-Stop Flight.- Direct flights may include one or more stops but non-stop flights are continuous flights that behave exactly as they sound. Passengers will fly straight from one city to their desired destination with no stops along the way.
What is the maximum number of seats I can book?

To know what’s applicable in your case, check the fare rules mentioned on the booking page when you’re making your reservation (in case you missed it then, you can always go back to your MY BOOKING PAGE.)
I booked my ticket, but I can see the fare has dropped. Can I get a refund for the difference?
It depends on the fare class of the ticket you bought, you may be eligible to receive either a refund of the difference.
Option 1: Cancel & Rebook: Assume the original fare was INR 10000 and if the price drop is significant enough (like say INR 5000) and the cancellation fee is Rs 2500, then you can cancel, get back Rs 7500 and make a fresh booking for Rs 5000, saving Rs 2500 in the process.
Option 2: Ask for rescheduling. If you’re fine taking another flight the same day or the next day, ask for your booking to be modified- in most cases, you’ve to pay a fixed rebooking fee and fare difference. In this case, say the rebooking fee is Rs 2000 and the fare difference is -5000, the airline is bound to refund you Rs 3000.
If I miss my flight, what are my options and possibilities?
When you miss your flight, the alternatives and possibilities of receiving a refund or compensation depend on several factors, including the airline's policies, the type of ticket you purchased, and the reason for missing your flight. Here are some common scenarios and what you can typically expect:
Non-Refundable Tickets: If you purchased a non-refundable ticket and you miss your flight, the airline is not obligated to provide a refund. Non-refundable tickets are typically cheaper but come with more restrictions. In most cases, you will lose the entire cost of the ticket.
Partially Refundable Tickets: Some tickets may be partially refundable, meaning you can receive a refund for specific portions of your journey, such as taxes and fees, but not the base fare. The refundable amount will depend on the airline's policies.
Missed Connection Due to Airline's Fault: If you miss a connecting flight due to delays or issues caused by the airline (e.g., a delayed inbound flight), the airline will be responsible for rebooking you on the next available flight at no additional cost but it is completely based on the T&Cs of the airline.
No-Show Policies: Some airlines have "no-show" policies, which can result in your entire itinerary being cancelled if you miss the first leg of your journey. Always read the terms and conditions of your ticket to understand the airline's policies regarding missed flights and no-shows.

Such cases though rare usually happen and are usually the result of a slow internet connection. To know why this can happen, it's better to know a little:
Once Customer selects the mode of payment and hits the Pay Securely button, the tripmaza site redirects the customer to banks website where he makes the payment.
Once the payment is done, customer will be re-directed to tripmaza's website, where the booking is done after the payment is verified.
Once this is done, the confirmation page is displayed and the voucher sent to the customer's email id provided at the time of making the booking.
What goes wrong? Well, for a booking to be made, it is necessary that you are redirected back to our website for it is important for us to know that the payment has been made.
If during this stage something goes wrong (i.e., power failure, or a slow internet connection) and the connection breaks down, our system won’t know that the payment has been made and your account is debited. In such a scenario the booking won’t be generated. However, you need not despair; do let us know via 24*7 tripmaza Care Support - Visit the Quick Help section - Click on Booking Issue. How to claim a NO-SHOW refund?
Claiming a refund for a no-show (when you miss your flight) can be challenging, as most airlines have strict policies regarding no-shows, and refunds are not typically granted in such cases. However, there are a few steps you can take if you believe you have a legitimate reason for missing your flight and wish to request a NO-SHOW refund:
Review Your Ticket Terms and Conditions: Start by carefully reviewing the terms and conditions associated with your ticket. Pay attention to any specific policies related to no-shows, cancellations, and refunds. This information can usually be found on the airline's website or in the booking confirmation you received.
Contact Tripmaza service and support desk Immediately: As soon as you realise you will miss your flight, contact the Tripmaza service desk. Explain your situation and provide any relevant details, such as the reason for your no-show.
Document the Reason: If your no-show was due to circumstances beyond your control, such as a medical emergency or a flight delay on a previous segment, be prepared to provide documentation or evidence to support your claim. For example, if you were delayed due to a medical issue, provide a doctor's note or hospital records. It's important to note that airlines have different policies regarding no-shows, and refunds are rarely granted in these situations.
The outcome of your refund request will depend on the airline's discretion and the specific circumstances of your case. Be prepared for the possibility that you may not receive a refund, and consider alternative options, such as rebooking your flight for a fee or with a fare difference, if available.
What is a Transit Visa and what are the policies applicable?
A transit visa is a type of visa that allows travellers to pass through or layover in a country for a limited period while en route to their final destination in another country. Transit visas are typically required when you need to change flights in a country and exit the international transit area of the airport. The policies and requirements for transit visas can vary widely depending on the country and the specific circumstances of your travel.
Purpose of Transit Visas: Transit visas are intended for travellers who have connecting flights in a foreign country and need to pass through immigration and customs to change planes. They are not designed for tourists or individuals planning to stay in the country for an extended period.
Transit Without Visa (TWOV): Some countries have agreements or policies that allow travellers to transit through their airports without a transit visa if the layover is relatively short. This is known as "Transit Without Visa" (TWOV) or "Transit Visa Exemption." The specific conditions for TWOV can vary.
To ensure a smooth transit experience, it's essential to research and understand the specific transit visa policies of the country where you'll be transiting through well in advance of your trip. You can usually find detailed information on the official website of the country's embassy or consulate and can also connect with Tripmaza for the same.
